Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase - but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused
- Be in its original condition and packaging
- Include proof of purchase
To get started, just email us at info@duox.com.au. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label along with simple instructions.
Please note: we can’t accept items sent back without contacting us first.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Email us with:
- Your order number
- What’s wrong with the item
- A few clear photos
For product faults, we may also ask for:
- The expiry or manufacturing date
- The batch number (on the packaging)
Send everything to info@duox.com.au and we’ll take care of it.
A Few Things to Note
We’re unable to accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll let you know what happens next.
If approved, we’ll either:
- Refund your original payment method, or
- Send a replacement (if that makes more sense)
Refunds can take a few days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
